RETURN POLICY/REPORT DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Return Policy
General Distributing Company, Inc. has a thirty (30) day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please complete the Return Authorization Request form to receive return instructions.

Damaged Shipment
All products are carefully packed by experienced packers to limit damage. Examine each package carefully upon receipt. In the event of damage, please contact us for immediate replacement. NOTE: All damage claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
